Countryside Family Fun Day
Sunday 25th May
Come and enjoy a family day out at The NatWest Rowley Mile for the seventeenth annual Countryside Family Fun Day, now an established fixture in the Newmarket Racing Calendar.
What is going on!
In 2008, there will be even more on offer. As well as, top class horseracing and pony racing, the day will feature interactive activities such as:
- Archery
- A Bucking Bronco
- Mask Making with Cambridge Open Studios
- Laser Clay Shooting
- Mechanical Horse
- Face Painting
- And more.....
Displays

There will be usual displays from Birds of Prey, Hounds and Hearing Dogs and children will also be invited to visit the ferret display, where they will able to pet and hold the animals.
New for 2008
Also on display for the first time in 2008 are the Top Lodge Trio, Europe's top dog handlers, who perform Dog Dancing, and Rodeo Dave.
Shopping
As well as the traditional Bottle Stall and Silent Auction there will be lots of opportunities for racegoers to purchase a variety of goods.
The shopping village, located on the Hyperion Lawn will be selling a variety of crafts and there will also be a Food Hall located in the Eclipse Marquee, next to the Premier Enclosure Entrance.
