Novae sponsor Newmarket's Owners & Trainers facilities
Insurance specialists Novae Group plc, who now have a significant bloodstock insurance business, have underlined their commitment to the sector by continuing their sponsorship of the Owners’ & Trainers’ facilities on both the Rowley Mile and July Course.
The company, which underwrites a broad spread of international bloodstock, livestock and equestrian risks, will also sponsor the Novae Bloodstock Insurance Craven Stakes on Thursday 19th April. For more information on Novae's bloodstock insurance services click here.
Arriving at the Racecourse
Owners and Trainers with a horse running on the day will be able to park in the Annual Badge Holders Car Park. Please enter the course via Premier Enclosure Entrance 1 where there is a dedicated area on the left-hand side for the collection of badges and additional information.
If you are planning to come by train, we have a shuttle bus running at regular intervals between Newmarket Rail Station and the racecourse.
Badge Allocation
With the aid of your PASS Card you will be able to collect up to six badges / tickets per runner from the Owners & Trainers Desk in Premier Enclosure Entrance 1. Requests for additional 
badges should be made to Zoe West on 01638 675 556, sent by fax on headed notepaper to 01638 675 519 or email via email zoe.west@thejockeyclub.co.uk in advance of the meeting. Please include your PASS card number on the fax/email, and remember to bring your PASS card with you on the day.
Please note a change in entrance policy at Newmarket Racecourses: With the exception of metal badges, a ticket and badge is now required by all Premier Enclosure customers, Owners & Trainers and hospitality guests to gain access to the racecourse. The ticket allows you access to the racecourse, whilst the badge gains you access to the relevant enclosure / area.

Facilities
Facilities – Rowley Mile Racecourse
Our exclusive Owners & Trainers Bar is located on the first floor of the Millennium Grandstand. On every raceday we offer complimentary tea and coffee. The reserved viewing area overlooking the track is immediately outside the bar and also provides easy access to the betting ring.
We also offer a further facility, The Limekilns on the third floor of the Millennium Grandstand overlooking the parade ring, where we offer a complimentary light lunch and tea and coffee. There is also a pay bar.
Facilities – July Racecourse
The Owners & Trainers Bar is located at the end of the pre-parade ring nearest to the grandstands. In the facility we offer complimentary tea and coffee.
We also have another facility in the Paddock Marquee overlooking the parade ring where we provide a complimentary light meal and tea and coffee. There is also a pay bar.
Viewing for owners is in the second side-on stand at the end nearest the winning post.

Dress Code
Newmarket operates a smart dress code (blue jeans, collarless shirts, shorts, trainers or unduly casual attire are not permitted in the Premier Enclosure and Parade Ring). This dress code will be enforced at all meetings including Adnams Newmarket Nights.
Stabling
Newmarket has 100 boxes and all stabling enquiries should be made through Joyce Wallsgrove, Stable Manager on 01638 662 200 or 07747 766614.
Stable staff can be accommodated within the hostel by prior arrangement with the stable manager.
