Ticket Collection & Delivery
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are generally mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Tickets purchased in the UK within 8 days and overseas within two weeks of the raceday will be held at the racecourse for collection on the day.
Orders are dispatched per meeting. Multiple orders are dispatched separately.
Orders over £200 are subject to a £6 postage fee (plus £2.50 booking fee) as orders over this value are sent Special Delivery. If you choose not pay this fee, the racecourse cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen orders.
Items sent by Standard Mail are at the Customer's risk and no replacement tickets will be issued.
Items sent by Special Delivery do require a signature on receipt and are insured.
Ticket Collection

Customers collecting tickets must present the card used to make the purchase together with proof of address and may be required to authenticate the card by signing a verification form.
Please note that on our premier raceday, Adnams Newmarket Nights and Summer Saturday's Live customers may have to queue to pick up their tickets.
