Essential Information

Once you have booked your Newmarket Hospitality Day there are a few bits of essential information for you and your guests:

Entry

You will be able to access your hospitality facility when the entrance gates open, two and a half hours before the first race of the day.

Please note that tickets are needed for entry to both of Newmarket's racecourses.

The Hospitality Badges issued with the tickets do not give access to the racecourse - they only give access to specific areas once entry has been gained with the ticket.

Please display badges visibly on your person at all times once within the racecourse enclosures.

Dress Code

Premier Enclosure racegoersThere is a dress code in operation in the Hospitality and Premier Enclosure where smart dress is required.

Jackets and ties are requested for gentlemen.

Please inform your guests that jeans, denim, collarless shirts, shorts, trainers, unduly casual or extreme attire are not allowed in the Hospitality or Premier Enclosure.
