Banqueting Facilities
Millennium Suite
The impressive Millennium Suite, which lies on the second floor of the Millennium Grandstand and enjoys inspiring views of the world’s most historic racecourse, can readily accommodate up to 250 for a dinner or 230 for a dinner dance.
There are two large bars as well as an adjoining lounge which is ideal for serving pre-dinner drinks and has an open air terrace overlooking the Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure.
Champions Gallery
The stunning Champions Gallery, which on racedays is a panoramic restaurant with spectacular views of the track, can be used for dinners where small tables and tiered seating are an advantage. It can accommodate up to 380 people.
Millennium Boxes
The magnificent Millennium Boxes provide a luxurious setting for a small lunch or dinner, with the larger boxes accommodating up to 40 and the smaller ones 20 people.
All the boxes enjoy sensational views of the course from their own private balcony.
Guineas Room
With its unusual crescent shape, dramatic views over the course and a large well-stocked bar, this is an ideal room for a drinks reception for up to 100 people or a dinner for up to 80.
On racedays it is used by the Jockey Club and displays some of the most famous racing silks.
The Royal Box
The Royal Box is a spectacular facility with exceptional racecourse views.
As its name suggests, this is an elegant room full of historical racing art and enjoys its own private, enclosed viewing terrace, private lift and toilet facilities.
The Royal Box is a perfect environment for a small lunch or dinner for up to 32 people.
