Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your order.
By clicking on the link below, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- All ticket pricing shown includes a 20% discount (excluding Newmarket Nights) where applicable. No discount is available for The Rowley/ The Garden Enclosure (formerly known as the Family Enclosure with the exception of The Stan James Guineas Festival and Champions' Day) tickets or for Party Packs.
- All bookings carry a one off £2.50 Booking Fee. All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- A maximum of 2 children per adult ticket purchased for Newmarket Nights. Limited child places are available at a cost of £10.
- Premier Car Parking and Premier Reserved Seating are only available when you book Premier Enclosure tickets.
- Party Packs include admission to the racecourse (access dependent on the enclosure booked), a racecard voucher, food (dependent on pack purchased, a glass of wine/beer and 2 Tote betting vouchers (value dependent on the enclosure booked).
- Tickets will be mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to the event. If your booking is made closer than 5 working days to the event, tickets will be available for collection at the Racecourse Ticket Collection Point.
- If you have booked for multiple events, tickets will be mailed out separately.
- Online ticket purchases may be made up to 3 days (7 days to be
eligible for online discount) prior to an event, subject to availability.
- If you are a new online customer you will need to register a username and password once you have made your ticket selection.
