A 20% discount is given on Rowley Enclosure tickets at The NatWest Rowley Mile for The Stan James Guineas Festival and Champions' Day. Please note that there are no other discounts available on Rowley Enclosure or Garden Enclosure Tickets.
A £2.50 booking charge will apply to every order.
Step by Step Guide to Online Booking
Buying tickets online could not be simpler. Not only does it offer you the best discounts available on all Newmarket race meetings but it is a quick and easy process that only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Select your country of residence
Step 2: Click on the event you wish to book for
Step 3: Choose enclosure and enter number of tickets required.
Step 4: If you wish to book multiple race days repeat steps 2 and 3. You can view your basket at anytime by clicking on basket on the right hand side of the page.
Step 5: Once you have selected all the tickets you wish to buy, click on checkout to proceed to payment.
Step 6: If you are a new user to the Newmarket Online booking system, you will now need to register your details.
- Click on Register
- Enter all the data that is required in the mandatory fields
- Select your data user consent
- Click Continue
- Select User name (must be between 6 – 10 characters)
- Select Password (must be between 6 -10 characters and contain at least one letter and one number)
- Enter and re-enter your email address
- Click Register
If you a returning user, enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten either of these, click the relevant links.
Step 7: You will then be presented with a confirmation list of the items that you wish to purchase and the address were your card is registered to.
Step 8: Choose your payment method and type in the relevant details. (please do not use any spaces or dashes ie. exp date 0509). The address that you enter must exactly match the address to which the card you have chosen is registered. Once you have done this click the continue button below the payment information details. (Please note that if your browser is not set to 1024 x 768, you may not be able to view this button and will need to scroll down.) Your payment details will be sent to the bank for authorisation and your Order will be confirmed. You will also receive an email confirmation of your Order
Step 9: You will be able to view your completed order by selecting My Information from the top hand menu and my My Orders from the side menu. By clicking on the Order Number you will be able to view your entire Order details.
