Ticket Collection and Delivery
Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to the event. If your booking is made less than 8 working days to the event, tickets will be available for collection at the Racecourse Ticket Collection Point.
Orders are dispatched per meeting. Multiple orders are dispatched separately.
Orders over £200 are subject to a £5.75 postage fee as orders over this value are sent Special Delivery. if you do not pay this fee the racecourse cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen orders.
Ticket Collection
Tickets purchased in the UK within 8 days and overseas within two weeks of the race meeting will be held at the relevant racecourse for collection on the day. Please see below for the relevant collection points:
